The JJC CA-EF_EFM Lens Mount Adapter replaces Canon Mount Adapter EF-EOS M, which allows you to mount any Canon EF/EF-S lens onto Canon EOS M mirrorless cameras.
Electronic communication between an attached camera and lens is supported, enabling autofocus as well as auto exposure features. The built-in IS stabilization equipped by lens is maintained, allowing you to capture sharp images. The Exif data from lens to camera can also be transferred, saving aperture, speed, and time of capture information to images or video files. The JJC CA-EF_EFM adapter makes it possible to use Canon EF/EF-S lenses without compromising functionality, speed, or quality.
Constructed from metal material, this adapter is sturdy and durable while remaining lightweight. The non-glare matte finish on the inside prevents reflections. It comes with a detachable tripod foot with a 1/4″-20 female thread for mounting on a tripod or stand. Additionally, you can remove the tripod foot by using the included screwdriver. When the tripod foot is removed, you can mount the dust cap into the adapter.
Besides that, a front cap and a rear cap are included in the package for protecting metal contacts and preventing dust from entering the adapter.
Canon EF/EF-S lens does not include EF-M lenses or CN-E lenses (EF Cinema lenses).
Since a lens’ minimum focusing distance is lengthened when this adapter is attached, maximum magnification and field of view might change.
Use the switches on the lens to set lens functions. In the event that the settings found in the camera’s menu differ from those found on the lens, priority is given to the settings found on the lens.
